The breakfast was varied and delicious, with Western and local cuisine options available. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with information about the area and even showing us how to make origami cranes. The hotel was located in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
The rooms and hallways were a bit dated and could use some updating. We had some issues with the service, including having to request fresh towels multiple times and being charged for services we did not receive. The location was also a bit further from the main tourist attractions than we expected.

The hotel is located in an excellent area with great dining options nearby and close to public transport. the staff are incredibly helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to organize a cost-effective trip for us. the rooftop space is perfect for relaxing and the reliable wifi was a plus.
The hotel is a bit far from the main downtown area, so we had to use taxis to get around, which wasn't a big problem as it was cheap. We struggled to communicate with some staff members, which led to some difficulties at times, like when we needed to use the ATM in the hotel foyer.

The hotel was situated in a somewhat unattractive area but was still accessible via the local train station. the penthouse area was quite nice, offering a good view of the surrounding city. the room and bathroom were clean, and the service from the staff was satisfactory. the breakfast wasn't too varied but had enough options to keep one satisfied.
The quality of the bedding was less than ideal, which made for a less comfortable night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities like the personal safe and mini-fridge. The breakfast served was diverse, including fried rice, fried noodles, stir-fried veggies, soups, fruits. The staff was very helpful and polite, and we appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is situated between the airport and downtown, which made it easy to get around.
Nothing not to love in this hotel. We had a great time in this city.
